I'm feeling blue....

Well at least my china cabinet is. ;)  I finally pulled out all of my Christmas pretties out of my cabinet.  It was the last to go.  I really do not have enough Valentine's Day decorations to fill the cabinet. I also wasn't looking forward to having to change it out again so soon.  So blue it was.  This should carry me through for a while.

Here are a couple snaps of my china cabinet filled and feeling blue. ;)  These are all pieces collected from my Mom, Bill's Mom, estate sales and the like.  Sorry for the glare.  The sun is hiding today but it sure was bright coming in the windows.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thursday! :)

  1. Your blues are gorgeous and so wintery! I tend to not do much for Valentine's either :)

    Blessings!

  7. Oh my, the two things I love so much...blue willow china and birds! I have a complete service for 12 of Johnson Brother's blue will and I treasure it so much.

  8. Thank you Courtney! Thank you for having me. :)

I just started my collection (Blue Willow) Deb. I picked up service for 12 at an estate sale. I still need quite a few things as there were cups, saucers, plates and a platter in what I got at an estate sale. (http://touchofnostalgia.blogspot.com/2010/10/our-last-diversion.html) And for the $15 I paid for them I thought I got a great deal! ;)

  10. Oh how pretty! I never change my china cabinet. I guess I've always looked at it as a way to protect my favorite crystal pieces and not so much as "display". I really need to think that over, don't I?
