I have an expensive set of Caphalon that doesn't even compare to the cast iron once you get it seasoned.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17543970298023632438noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8146532079460323208.post-68945270890175812442010-10-07T17:23:35.404-04:002010-10-07T17:23:35.404-04:00Thank you Gail! We just make sure they are warmed a bit then if needed a slight oiling and paper towels to absorb any moisture that might collect between them. :) I know they say not to....but I do and never have had a problem with rusting. Should I ever get a touch of rust, which is very rare, I just scour it off a bit and reoil it and heat it through again. Thank you again for your comment and stopping by. :)Kim @ Touch of Nostalgiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16516569026982029331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8146532079460323208.post-66325335347827395772010-10-02T11:27:14.695-04:002010-10-02T11:27:14.695-04:00I love your collection of cast iron.
